Whether it is forerunner Avengers like Iron Man, or Captain America, or even the freshest and youngest one like Spider-Man, all of them are someone’s favorite.

Here is the List of Avengers Movies in Sequence for Marvel Fans to Watch-

Captain America: The First Avenger (1943-1945)

The movies show the inception of the super-soldier, along with his first battle with Hydra and its leader Red Skull.

Captain Marvel (1990s)

Iron Man (2010)

Iron Man comes third in order of Marvel Movies in Chronology, although it was released first.

In the Marvel universe, this story takes place in 2010 where philanthropist/genius/inventor Tony Stark, (Robert Downey Jr) is captured by a terrorist group to extract weapons made by him.

Instead of giving up the weapons, Stark designs one of the most pivotal parts of the Universe- The first Iron Man suit.

The Incredible Hulk (2011)

The Incredible Hulk’s story begins with Bruce Banner on the run from General Thunderbolt Ross and the US Military.

The Incredible Hulk stars Edward Norton as Bruce Banner, who was later replaced by Mark Ruffalo in 2012.

A movie with stunning action sequences, this is one great movie to watch for a Saturday night.

Iron Man 2 (2011)

Iron Man 2 begins exactly where the first movie left off.

Thor (2011)

This is the story of the God of Lightening who has been expelled out of Asgard by his father Odin, all thanks to Loki.

Thor, portrayed by Chris Hemsworth, struggles to prove his worth and earn back his weapon- the Hammer.

Natalie Portman also plays a crucial role in the movie and the duo have to gain control before Loki dons total control over Asgard.

The Avengers (2012)

The first Avengers movie released and the rest is history!

This was the end of the so-called “Phase 1” of the MCU where all the main heroes have appeared and now, the combination of Loki, the Tesseract, and an alien group taking over New York City has forced them to work together.

The Avengers is one of the first ones where all the superheroes unite and its success can be seen in its box office collection as well.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 (2014)

Apart from the other Marvel movies, Guardians of the Galaxy takes place in outer space, rather than the Earth.

Peter Quill is falling deeper in love with Gamora and he is left face to face with the mysteries of his past.

He comes close with a godlike entity known as Ego, played by Kurt Russell, making it one of those most entertaining movies in the Cinematic Universe if it can be counted.

Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)

The second version of the Avengers series where the superheroes assemble once again to save the human race from the threats of the AI known as Ultron.

The AI known as Ultron was a mistake created by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner.

In a race against time, the Avengers realize that if a single robotic version of Ultron is present in the world, the Avengers will have to keep fighting.

The biggest achievement of this film is that it also introduces new Avengers: The Scarlet Witch (played by Elizabeth Olson), Quicksilver (played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson), and Vision (played by Paul Bettany).

Ant-Man (2015)

This movie brings another weighty hitter to the lineup of the Avengers!

The man who can shrink to any size imaginable must save humanity by stop the technology of a suit being weaponized.

A wondrous addition in the Marvel Universe, Ant-Man does give the whole MCU a lot of character. It comes on the 14th part of the Avengers Movies in Order.

Captain America: Civil War (2016)

Mostly like the whole series, Cap doesn’t receive much attention in his own film because it features almost every Avenger and the movie brings to the plate some of the most awaited superheroes of the Final Avengers Lineup- Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man

The Avengers split into different parties because of Captain America who supports Bucky Barnes, who appears to be responsible for the attack on a UN session.

Spider-Man: Homecoming (2016)

The youngest and the cutest avenger gets his solo debut in this movie, where the slimy, web-laying master fighter is left to face a construction foreman who’s become a black market weapons dealer after recovering technology from the New York City battle in the first Avengers film.

Apart from the strain of being an avenger, Peter Parker also has to deal with the troubles in high school.

Doctor Strange (2016-2017)

Stephen Strange, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, a world-class surgeon who is not embarrassed to flaunt his skills in front of anyone, takes the lead in this movie.

Stephen Strange is obnoxious to everyone until a tragic accident takes away the use of his magical hands.

He then traverses across worlds searching for a cure that will give him back the power to his hands again.

The movie culminates in a different fashion, as Strange finds the remedy for his hands in the form of some ancient magic.

Thor: Ragnarok (2017)

The third solo film for Thor is the 18th part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe Movies in Order.

In the movie, the titular character finds himself abandoned across space after his father’s death and the destruction of his hammer by his forgotten sister, Hella.

He is stuck in gladiator fights pitted against the Hulk, who went rogue after the Avengers defeated Ultron.

Thor and Hulk assemble with Loki and Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie to take on Hella.

Black Panther (2017)

All we talk about are heroes here in the Marvel Universe, right. Black Panther movie showed us one of the best villains in the MCU, (apart from Thanos, of course), Eric Killmonger (Michael B Jordan), who is the main negative character in the movie.

Chadwick Boseman’s T’Challa returns home to Wakanda and to be named king, where he feels time and again that Wakanda’s isolation from the world is not such a great cause after all!

Ant-Man and the Wasp (2017)

Ant-Man is once again back on the screens to save the day with his minuscule efforts!

With his simple jokes, Ant-Man is not a particularly severe character. Although it is a vital part of the franchise, you can watch the Ant-Man series anytime without paying much heed to the setting.

Avengers: Infinity War (2017)

While we were paying much attention to all the heroes and their own struggles, Thanos (voiced by Josh Brolin) has been coordinating things from behind the curtains to attain all the Infinity Stones. But he doesn’t have any intention of destroying the stones; in fact, he has a very particular purpose of snapping his fingers to eliminate half of humanity.

The Avengers are the only ones who can stop Thanos, but will they succeed in doing so, or will humanity have to pay the price?

Avengers: Endgame

After Thanos snapped off half of humanity, the Avengers try one last time to make things right.

After five years of utter chaos and worldwide depression, a chance comes up for them to undo this defeat.

Captain America and Tony Stark need to make peace find a way to unite the Avengers one final time to see if the world and its order can be finally replaced.

This film has been accredited of being the highest-grossing movie of all time in the world, beating the previous champion, Avatar.

Spider-Man: Far From Home

After a heartbreaking end to the Avengers Endgame, Spider-Man is having trouble coping with the loss.

It’s the beginning of Phase 4 of the Marvel era, Far From Home is not spun around the Infinity Stones, but rather a completely fresh start where everyone is unsnapped again.

It’s not known for sure whether Phase 4 will be as great, the biggest fan favorite is not there in the series. Or is he?

You never are sure with the Marvel Cinematic Universe!
